Privacy

What Ultra Fitness stores, where it is kept and how to delete it. No ads, no tracking SDKs, and the coach runs on your device.

  1. Without an account, your profile, workouts, plans and settings are stored only on your device. We use no advertising or tracking SDKs.

  2. If you create an account, your training data is stored on our servers (Cloudflare) so it can sync between your devices. Passwords are stored as salted PBKDF2 hashes; we never see them in plain text.

  3. The coach runs on your phone: your questions and training data are answered on the device and never sent anywhere.

  4. Payments on the web are processed by Stripe; in the mobile apps by Apple or Google. We never see your card details.

  5. Location is used only while you record a run or walk that you start (also with the screen locked if you allow “Always”). Motion data is used to count steps. The camera and photos are used only when you choose a progress photo, which stays on your device. The microphone is used only while you dictate to the coach: the short recording is sent to our server to be turned into text and is not stored.

  6. Sharing is always your choice. A run link (ultrafitness.club/r/…) can be opened by anyone who has it: it shows the distance, time, a simplified route with the first and last 150 m hidden, and your display name, never your email. You can delete a link at any time. Friends see your display name and, only if you switch on “Share my week”, your weekly kilometres, workouts and streak. You can block or report a user from Friends.

  7. We do not sell data, do not track you across other apps or websites and use no advertising identifiers. If you create an account we keep your email, display name, synced training data (which can include run routes) and purchase status until you delete the account; deleting it removes them from our servers. Ultra Fitness is not intended for children under 13.

  8. You can delete your account and all synced data at any time in You → Delete account. Questions: [email protected]
